The impact of climate change on Finnish business
Climate change poses significant physical and societal risks to companies. Finnish companies will face large-scale impacts due to changes in other countries and continents. On behalf of the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK), Deloitte has examined the effects of climate change on different continents and the cross-border impacts of those effects on Finland. The purpose of this study is to support awareness-raising among EK member federations and companies about the global impacts of climate change, and to help businesses anticipate and adapt to the changes that will occur in the coming decades. These changes can also be transformed into opportunities.
