Destia designs and builds critical infrastructure, such as electricity networks, data centers, bridges, roads, tramways and railways. We provide energy and industrial services, maintain traffic infrastructure all year round and drive green transition solutions forward.
Destia’s customer base includes industrial and business companies, cities, municipalities and government organizations, both civil and military. As we operate throughout Finland, we are always close to our customers.
Destia is the largest company providing infrastructure services in Finland and part of the international Colas Group, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of a global services group Bouygues. Examples of concrete solutions
Road and rail construction: Our core competence lies in large road and street projects requiring special expertise as well as bridge construction. We also build and provide railway infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of increasing railway traffic and growing speeds.
Road and rail maintenance: Destia’s offering covers a wide range of services for year-round maintenance of traffic routes and gravel roads, bridges, traffic environments and railways. We are the largest road maintenance service provider and a leading maintenance service provider of superstructures and signaling for railways in Finland.
Energy and industrial services: Destia designs, implements and maintains wind and solar power infrastructure, power lines, electricity networks, substations and distribution substations. Industrial services comprise construction as well as infrastructure, electrification and power grid construction services. We also design, build and maintain the surrounding infrastructure such as roads and power stations.
Preparedness construction: Our offering covers preparedness construction for national defense purposes during peace and war ensuring the operating conditions in all circumstances in Finland.

Destia operates all over Finland and is involved with more than 1,100 projects annually. Destia’s results for the year 2025 were record high. Preparedness construction is one of our key competencies and our own preparedness procedures are aligned with our customers in the sector.

Headquarters in Helsinki and local offices are in Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Oulu and Rovaniemi. Construction and maintenance services are provided all over Finland. Visits can be organized in collaboration with our client.
